Back2024/25 Scottish Hockey Registration
Scottish Hockey now requires individuals to register online themselves. Previously, this was done by clubs on behalf of members.
Please ensure registration is done by 24th OCTOBER. Players not registered by the end of October will not be eligible to play in leagues.
It is important to note that no player under the age of 18 is permitted to register themself with Scottish Hockey. This must be done by their parent.
STEP 1

STEP 2
Please choose one of the three options to follow for specific instructions on each type of
membership:
| Option 1 - Player/coach/umpire aged 18+ | Players age 18+ should create an account with their own email address and password and select "YES" when asked 'Is this account for you?' |
| Option 2 - Non-playing parent of an U18 player | Parents should create an account with their own email address and password andselect "NO" when asked 'Is this account for you?'NB. Parents are not required to be a member of Scottish Hockey.Click on "Add new person" for each additional U18 child in the family |
| Option 3 - Player/coach aged 18+ AND parent of an U18 player | The player/coach aged 18+ should create an account first with their own email address and password.Click on "Add new person" for each additional U18 child in the family |
STEP 3
In the Individual Membership section, choose the correct membership category for each person:
| Membership category | Who for |
| ADULT | League players age 18+, coaches and umpires |
| U18s | U18s/U16s playing in adult leagues (1s,2s,3s) |
| YOUTH | U16s playing youth hockey only (U16 and U14 leagues, U12, U10, U8, U7) |
| CASUAL | "Social" players age 18+ and players playing no more than 3 league matches per season |
STEP 4
At ‘Payment method’, select ONE TIME PAYMENT and fill in all required details by clicking through the sections.
When you reach the Certification section, click "Yes" then "Add" (do not click "Add and checkout).
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT. Scottish Hockey fees have already been included in your fee paid to KHC and we will make payments to Scottish Hockey on your behalf.
Your membership homepage will now say ‘INVALID’, ‘INVALID PAYMENT PENDING’ or ‘UNPAID'. This is okay - we'll take it from there!!
