All players, managers, coaches, umpires, youth volunteers and committee members must:
• be registered with the club before attending training
• read and understand all the policies and codes of conduct as detailed under the Information section of our website before agreeing to join the club.
All players agree to update registration information at the start of the season in a timely manner when prompted.
Kelso Hockey Club is responsible for registering all members with Scottish Hockey/East District registrations.
Instructions for adults' registration:
All players over the age of 18 should register in their own name.

3. Register by creating an account and apply for the role of PLAYER.
4. All emergency contact details, medical information and consents to policies must be completed.
Players in S3+ over age 14 are eligible to register in their own name and apply for the role of PLAYER (only if agreed by parent) following the above instructions.
Instructions for parents registering a child
Parents of players over age 14 should register in the PARENT'S name and apply for the role of PARENT.

2. Download the free club app Club Pitchero or visit our website www.kelsohockeyclub.com
3. Register by creating an account with PARENT name and email address.
4. Apply for the role of PARENT. NB. Parents should NOT register as a player unless they are a player themselves.
5. Complete relevant information for PARENT.
6. Go to My Account and click on ADD A CHILD.
7. Type in child's name and choose relevant team (as shown in table below).
8. Once the request has been approved, you will be asked to complete essential information, i.e. emergency contact details, medical information and consents to policies.
